Chinmaya Educational Cultural and Charitable Trust, Trivandrum is the apex body under which the Chinmaya Vidyalayas in Trivandrum and Kollam, Sree Sankara Balasramam at Govindamangalam, Trivandrum, Chinmaya Mahavishnu Temple, Govindamangalam, Trivandrum and the Chinmaya Mission are functioning and are being coordinated by the Trust.

The Board of Trustees have the management control and the Chief Sevak is the Principal Officer. The Trust is registered under the Trust Act and is registered with Income Tax Department under section 12 A and donations to the Trust are exempt under section 80 G of the Act.
