Swaranjali

Gurudev Swami Chinmayanandaji’s commitment to art and cultural upliftment later inspired Swami Tejomayanandaji, who was a globalist, and he started Gurukula education under the name Chinmayanadabindu. This institution known as Chinmaya Vibhuti is located in the scenic area of Katua near Pune. It welcomes people from all over the world in the fields of art and literature.
Its purpose is noble. To study music, dance, instruments etc. for self-development, to be an example for peace, peace and love of the world.
The motto of this movement is ‘Swara to Ishwara’, ‘Nartan to Paramatman’, ‘Geetam-Vadyaam-Nrityam’ to Satyam-Shiva-Sundaram’.
As a part of this, a group called Chinmaya ‘Swaranjali’ is started in each Chinmaya mission center, through which they can learn and practice bhajan, dance, musical instruments etc.

Activities

1.Chinmaya Swaranjali is running Dance, Music and Drawing/painting classes on Saturdays and Sundays for children and adults alike.

2.Hold bhajan classes on Fridays.

3.Perform evening bhajans on 1st of all malayalam months,in the Vazhuthacaud centre Meditation hall .

4.The group sings in temples at their request.

5.The members accompany Chinmaya Mission music and pravachan yagnas like of Sw.Sughoshananda(CM GOA)or prior to common yagnas.
